Savant Artists represents and consults with content creators and filmmakers who have finished their feature-length or short films.  We advise on all aspects of distribution from traditional (theatrical, streaming, dvd, tv, vod, foreign) to DIY and hybrid models.  We’ve represented films with very low budgets and budgets that are in the millions of dollars. We’ve represented narratives of all genres, documentaries on many diverse topics, tv series, and even foreign language films from all over the world.

For most films, we first solicit distribution deals from the established North American (US and Canadian) distributors in all media and we consult with you on finding foreign sales agents who sell films abroad; and then we help to negotiate the contractual and financial terms on your behalf. 

In addition, we advocate for filmmakers with all the major and many regional film festivals.  Our clients have produced films which premiered at Sundance, SXSW, Tribeca, Telluride and Toronto and which were released by many of the leading distributors theatrically and in all media.
